You may increase the three-dimensional appearance by choosing some of the Grounders Lure Stickers underneath. GENERAL INFORMATION
The Polar Bait webstore products are sold by Fishing Tools Finland Oy, business ID 2261671-1. We sell the products to adults. The prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change pricing of products and delivery costs.
PLACING ORDERS
The products are mainly ordered via the shopping cart at www.polarbait.com. All orders are confirmed by email stating the ordered products, prices and delivery costs. In order to receive a confirmation email, the customer must provide a valid email address. With each order the customer commits to the terms and condition in effect at the time of purchase.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send you an order confirmation email which will include:
- Order reference number
- Our bank account number
- Invoice total
You can view the contents of the order through your user account on our website.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The products and delivery costs are paid while submitting the order. The payment methods are provided by Klarna and include paying by online bank service, debit and credit card, invoice and part payment.

DELIVERY TIME
We deliver the products as soon as possible. Here are some estimated delivery times:

Scandinavia 2-3 weeks
Delivery charges include postage and packaging costs. The products are sent via the Finnish Post Office. The delivery charges can be viewed after selecting the payment and delivery method for your order.
We pack and send products one by one. The ordered products might therefore arrive on different days.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
The customer has a right to return or exchange the order within 14 days. The return policy only applies to the products that are sellable and unused in their original packaging. Please include the following information with your return:

We do not accept returns after 14 days of the delivery. Once the return has been accepted, received and processed, the payment will be refunded to your bank account.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY AND PRODUCT DEFECTS
If a product has gone missing, has damaged or a wrong product has been shipped, the customer must immediately notify this to rami@polarbait.com.
Notification of a faulty delivery or a defected product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged during the delivery, a claim must be made to the delivery company.
